True North Title is looking for a self-motivated, organized, and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. This role is all about building lasting relationships—both inside our company and in the real estate community.
This unique opportunity combines sales and business development with the chance to connect with customers at real estate closings and become a title closer — setting you up for long-term growth in the title industry.
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Industry experience (title, mortgage, or real estate preferred)
- Proven ability to generate new business and nurture existing relationships
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
- Comfortable making cold calls and scheduling meetings
- Organized, self-starter who can manage their own schedule and meet goals
- Ability to listen to customer needs and offer solutions
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups
- Eager to learn and grow into a closing role
- Willing and able to travel throughout the Hampton Roads region to meet with clients and attend industry events
NOTE: This position offers a base salary of $36,000 with uncapped earning potential through performance-based bonuses.
Compensation: $36,000.00 per year
